This was an exciting brief as we were approached at the very beginning of the start-up of the business, and so have been able to work alongside the owner for over four years and have seen the company expand from one van to over 10 mobile units.
It was vital to the client that the brand identity be extremely eye-catching and vibrant as the logo and contact details would need to be prominently displayed on her vans to attract future customers whilst driving around her client area. The brief was also for a brand that was fun, youthful and friendly, and it should be immediately obvious that the business is for a dog and cat spa, directly to your home or workplace.
We used a fun, handwritten typeface to portray the hands-on nature of the business, combined with a no-nonsense sans-serif. The website also incoporated a number of individual, amusing images.
